Basically, if anyone ever passes you a Smokebraider, just start taking some elementals and sprinkle in whatever secondary color you want. It's best if you're blue for a Mulldrifter or two, but any color you're getting passed will work. The secret is to have patience and wait for the 3rd pack, which is the goldmine for this archetype.
